YORK COUNTY, Maine — A York County driving instructor was charged with assault and disorderly conduct last spring after a reported incident with a student.

Stephen Graziano, owner of York Driving School LLC, was arrested after a female student claimed he grabbed his genitals during an instructional driving course, court records showed.

York Police said Graziano was arrested for assault and disorderly conduct.

He is out on bail and will be arraigned in March.
