TOLEDO, Ohio — A man accused of killing and dismembering a missing 27-year-old Toledo man has been indicted by a Lucas County grand jury on multiple felony charges.
According to the grand jury report, Martel Huggins, 32, was indicted Wednesday on the following charges for his alleged role in the death of Malicai Calder:
3 counts of aggravated murder
2 counts of murder
Aggravated robbery (first-degree felony)
Aggravated burglary (first-degree felony)
Felonious assault (second-degree felony)
Tampering with evidence (third-degree felony)
Gross abuse of a corpse (fifth-degree felony)
Calder was reported missing on Nov. 22 and was last seen on Nov. 15, according to Toledo police. Ten days after he was last seen, officers stopped Calder’s work vehicle on the 3000 block of Mulberry Str
