Clemson basketball can build upon its early NCAA tournament résumé with a road win against an SEC opponent.

The Tigers (7-1) will face No. 12 Alabama (5-2) on Dec. 3 (7:15 p.m. ET, ESPNU) at Coleman Coliseum in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, in the ACC/SEC challenge.

As of Dec. 2, Clemson is 30th in the NET rankings after starting the season with a quality win against Georgia and dominating five Quadrant 4 opponents. This game will be a Quad 1 opportunity for the Tigers, who have performed well despite bringing in six transfer portal players and four high school recruits to join three returning players.
