Court is back in session for Leah Lewis .

Nearly two months after news surfaced that her costar David Del Rio was fired from their legal drama Matlock following a sexual assault allegation, according to multiple outlets , the actress returned to the set of the CBS drama to continue filming season two.

In a photo shared to her Instagram Story Dec. 1, Leah dressed as her character Sarah Franklin in a brown blouse and tie while standing beside a trailer. In the caption, she tagged the show and wrote, “And we back up and running.”

Though Leah has not publicly spoken directly about the alleged sexual assault allegation, she shared a personal update shortly after David’s firing from the Kathy Bates -led series in October.
