Khloe Kardashian flipped a switch in her evening routine and never looked back.

After all, the Kardashians alum revealed that an eerie experience seven years ago with her now-7-year-old daughter True Thompson , which she believes was a ghost encounter, is the reason she sleeps with the lights on every night.

"She rubbed my hair—she did," Khloe said of the apparition on the Dec. 3 episode of her podcast Khloe in Wonder Land . "It was the scariest thing. I've never slept with the light off ever since."
