CLEVELAND, Ohio – Gunselman’s Steakhouse & Bar has partnered with Pro Football Hall of Famer Joe Thomas and Six Springs Farm to introduce Hall of Fame Beef Full Blood Wagyu.

The beef will hit the menu in limited quantities at the Olmsted Falls restaurant on Friday, Dec. 5.

Gunselman’s Steakhouse & Bar owner David Grace calls it “the Hall of Fame standard of beef.”

Six Springs Farm belongs to Joe Thomas, who was raised in Brookfield, Wisconsin, and competed at the University of Wisconsin before going on to a stellar career with the Cleveland Browns. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2023.
