CINCINNATI, Ohio — Bengals coach Zac Taylor and quarterback Joe Burrow have been together for six seasons and have had plenty of success in their time together.

At the heart of their success is something surprisingly simple: Taylor knows when to stop talking and start listening.

“We keep things fluid during games and always want his feedback,” Taylor explained to reporters during his Wednesday press conference. “That’s one thing I learned early in my career as a quarterback coach is if you got a quarterback that’s earned the respect to give his voice and you listen to it. He’s the guy that’s out there who’s got to do it and problem solve, get it done.”
