PEABODY — A Peabody native has won sanctions against President Donald Trump after the president sued him, Hillary Clinton and other Democrats over racketeering claims stemming from the 2016 election.

The lawsuit claimed Clinton and other Democrats, including former FBI Director James Comey and U.S. Rep. Adam Schiff of California, conspired against Trump to launch what the president called a bogus investigation of his ties to Russia and potential aid to his 2016 campaign from the Russian government.
