BLOOMFIELD, Mo. (KFVS) - A man who shot a gun at a Stoddard County Deputy on Christmas Day last year has been sentenced to 25 years in prison.
On Wednesday, December 3, the Stoddard County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office announced a judge sentenced Steven Parks to 20 years for first-degree assault and 15 years for unlawful use of a weapon.
Parks will serve those sentences at the same time, but the judge also sentenced him to an additional five years for armed criminal action.
