Hampton Roads is home to 18 military installations , more than 80,000 active-duty personnel and at least half as many people serving the American people in reserve and civilian roles. Each took an oath to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.”
So, in that regard, there weren’t many surprises for our contingent of armed forces, including those who serve at the world’s largest naval base, in a recent video produced by six Democratic members of Congress who are veterans of the U.S. military and intelligence community.
