MT. JULIET, Tenn. (WSMV) - A woman wanted on a sexual exploitation of a minor charge was arrested in Mt. Juliet following a traffic stop Wednesday afternoon, according to the Mt. Juliet Police Department.
MJPD said an officer spotted a driver traveling on the wrong side of the road on Athletes Way, so a traffic stop was initiated.
During the stop the driver, a 23-year-old Goodlettsville woman was found to have a warrant in Sumner County for felony sexual exploitation of a minor. She had been wanted since July, MJPD said.
The 23-year-old was arrested and booked into the Wilson County Jail following the stop. MJPD said she will be transferred into the custody of Sumner County authorities.
