It’s been pretty clear from spending some time on the internet over the last few weeks that demand for a Red Dead Redemption 2 remaster or new-gen port is at an all-time high.

In case you missed the news, Rockstar Games recently released a port of Red Dead Redemption for current gen consoles, which includes Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.

The upgrade features better visuals, improved performance, and various other features to give it a next-gen feel.

For a long time, Red Dead Redemption was only ever available on Xbox 360 and PS3, so it’s a genuine marvel to see the game be widely available on many more platforms 15 years after its original release.
