Imphal, December 03 2025: As observed across the globe, the International Day of Persons with Disabilities 2025 was celebrated widely in the State today to promote understanding of disability issues and mobilise support for the dignity, rights and well-being of persons with disabilities (PwDs).

This year's theme "Fostering Disability-Inclusive Societies for Advancing Social Progress", aims to reaffirm the commitment to create a more just, inclusive, equitable, and sustainable world for all.

The Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR), RIMS, Imphal, observed the International Day of Persons with Disabilities at the PMR OPD Complex.
