BRIDGETON, N.C. (WITN) - The State Highway Patrol says it is investigating after a vehicle struck a pedestrian on a Craven County highway.

Troopers say it happened around 8:54 p.m. near the intersection between Fisher Street and Highway 11 in Bridgeton.

A trooper is currently investigating the scene.
