In a statement, OMSA leaders Sahil Parray, Mohammad Momin Khan, Tafazul Bilal and Subina Mehraj said token cuts in one or two categories would not be accepted and warned that incomplete reforms would be opposed.
The student body said forwarding the report to the Lieutenant Governor without disclosing it to the public amounted to evasion rather than transparency. They asked the government to publish the document immediately if it was confident about the fairness of its recommendations.
