SRINAGAR : The Economic Offences Wing of the Crime Branch, Jammu Kashmir, has filed a chargesheet in FIR No. 79/2022 before the Special Judge Anti-Corruption, Srinagar, in a case involving alleged fraudulent mutation of land in Zoonimar Eidgah, Srinagar. Follow Us On G -N e w s | Whatsapp

Officials said the chargesheet has been filed against businessman Habibullah Bhat of Buchpora; retired Naib Tehsildar Mohammad Rajab Reshi of Brein Nishat; and former Patwari Syed Khurshid Ahmad of Watalbagh, Ganderbal. The accused have been booked under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the RPC, along with Section 5(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

The case began after a written complaint alleged that a fraudulent mutation of 10 marlas of land under Khasra Nos. 467
