Sarah Paulson knows just how to honor her friend Diane Keaton .
The American Horror Story actress paid tribute to the late Annie Hall actress, who died in October at 79 after a bacterial pneumonia infection, while speaking at The Hollywood Reporter ’s Women in Entertainment gala in Los Angeles Dec. 3.
“I realized that saying yes to being here this morning meant I could be with her again,” Sarah said in a video captured by E! News . “It offered me a chance to go through my emails and my saved voicemails.”
The 50-year-old continued, “Turns out, everyone I know who ever got a message from her saved them because they were… Well, they were really something.”
