The IRCTC website achieved 99.98 percent uptime between April and October 2025. Indian Railways implemented administrative and technological changes to modernize systems. These include deactivating suspicious user IDs and using anti-BOT applications. E-ticketing now exceeds 87 percent of reserved tickets.
