Srinagar: The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Crime Branch Kashmir has filed a chargesheet in a high-profile land-fraud case involving a businessman and two retired revenue officials.

In a statement issued ,the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Crime Branch J&K has submitted a chargesheet in case FIR No. 79/2022 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B RPC read with Section 5(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act before the Hon’ble Court of Special Judge Anti-Corruption, Srinagar.

Statement reads that, The chargesheet has been filed against the following accused individuals, Habibullah Bhat, Businessman, S/o Mohammad Sultan Bhat, R/o Omarhair Buchpora; Mohammad Rajab Reshi, Retired Naib Tehsildar, S/o Haji Ghulam Ahmad Reshi, R/o Brein Nishat; Syed Khurshid Ahmad, then Patwari, S/o Late S
