Claymont: A University of Delaware student, Luqmaan Khan, 25, was arrested after police discovered a handgun, ammunition, and written plans for an attack in his vehicle, which included references to "martyrdom" and identified a campus police officer as a target, authorities said.

An FBI complaint revealed that Khan's notebook contained writings on "urban warfare" along with combat tactics and a sketch of the University of Delaware Police Department building. A home search subsequently uncovered a scoped rifle, body armour, and a handgun modified with an illegal machine gun conversion device known as a "switch."
