Chaos continued at Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) on Thursday (December 4, 2025) as widespread cancellations by IndiGo airlines disrupted travel for thousands of passengers for the second consecutive day.

Hyderabad airport officials said 68 IndiGo flights had been cancelled for the day, including 35 arrivals and 33 departures. The disruption was significantly higher than Wednesday (December 3), when 31 cancellations had already caused long queues, confusion and extended waiting times across terminals.

Cancellations were not the only concern on Thursday (December 4), with many passengers also reporting prolonged delays. Travellers complained that they were left without reliable information on revised timings and were unsure about alternative arrangements.
