THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The FIR filed in the second rape case against Rahul Mamkootathil MLA is out. The report says Rahul established a relationship with the complainant in 2023. A case was registered against Rahul at the crime branch headquarters yesterday. The name of the complainant is not mentioned in the FIR. The FIR mentioned that the complaint was received by KPCC President Sunny Joseph via email.

The FIR was registered by the investigating officer DySP Sajeevan. Rahul collected the name and details of the woman via social media. Later they became friends.
