SRINAGAR : The Central Crime Branch (CCB) has arrested two Tanzanian nationals in Bengaluru in connection with separate drug trafficking cases, seizing 10kg of MDMA and 8kg of hydro ganja, with an estimated street value of over Rs 28 crore, the Times of India reported. Officials told the Times of India that the seizure is among the largest in recent months, highlighting an active international narcotics supply chain operating in the city.

The accused have been identified as Nancy Omary Lawa, 25, a hairstylist residing in Sampigehalli, and Emmanuel Arinze, 28, a repeat offender living in Siddapura near Jayanagar. Nancy, who arrived in India on a tourist visa in 2023, allegedly sourced narcotics from Delhi and sold them locally
