New Delhi: Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has summoned IndiGo officials after the airline cancelled 100 flights in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, and Hyderabad on December 3.

The move comes as the aviation body continues its investigation into the country's largest airline’s operational issues. Sources said staff crunch is one of the major issues that led to the chaos in the last three days.

On Thursday morning, 30 flights were cancelled at the Delhi airport, while Kolkata reported four, and 73 flights from Bengaluru. On Wednesday, IndiGo cancelled more than 100 flights and delayed many flights in Delhi
