CHASSELL — Four different Chassell Panthers boys basketball players finished in double figures as the Panthers rolled to a 75-55 win over the visiting Watersmeet Nimrods Tuesday at the Ed Helakoski Gym in Chassell.
The Panthers were paced by Dayne Tarvis, who hit three of 3’s, and scored 21 points in the contest.
Chassell jumped out to a 13-9 lead after one quarter. Luke Tarvis, who finished with nine points, led the way with four points for the Panthers.
In the second quarter, Chassell put the game out of reach as they scored 35 points to just 13 by the Nimrods.
Dayne Tarvis hit all three of his 3-pointers in the frame. Brayden Larson added a pair, scoring 12 of his 14 points in the quarter. Grady Olson also caught fire, scoring nine of his 17 points.
