A huge development of 257 flats has been thrown into doubt after a construction firm went into administration, leaving huge blocks unfinished.
Vidi Construction had signed a £62.3 million contract to build the homes in Victoria Road, close to Ashford town centre.
But the company fell into administration in September, and the site has sat abandoned ever since.
The Coventry-based firm was working in partnership with Starlight Investments, which acquired the plot from Kings Crescent Homes last year, and had earmarked late 2025 for completion.
Vidi had already built the first phase of the development on the opposite site of Victoria Road - totalling 143 homes - before collapsing into administration.
But a huge question mark is now hanging over the remaining 257 flats in phase two
