It's a cold morning across southern Wisconsin, with Madison starting in the single digits with wind chills as low as -10 degrees in the capital city; areas west of Madison have even gotten wind chills of -20 degrees this morning. These cooler temperatures come in part thanks to high-pressure clearing out our skies overnight, leaving us nice and sunny for this afternoon. Unfortunately, that sunshine won't do much to warm us up, with Madison's high temperature reaching 13 degrees this afternoon and wind chills staying around 10 degrees at the warmest. We're back to single digits by 6:00 this evening, and overnight lows fall to 2 degrees.
