Kulgam, Dec 04: Kulgam Police have taken prompt action after a video showing stunt biking and eve-teasing by a group of juvenile boys went viral on social media.

Police Station Qaimoo identified the juveniles involved and seized the motorcycles used in the act. The boys were counselled in the presence of their families. Their parents were booked and legally bound down for allowing minors to ride motorcycles illegally and for enabling behaviour that endangered public safety.

Sharing details, SSP Anayat Ali Choudhary IPS said, “Parents must understand their responsibility and ensure that no minor is ever handed over a motorcycle or any vehicle.
