(Pierre, SD) — A new commission will determine what evidence law enforcement will be required to disclose in criminal cases. Attorney General Marty Jackley said the commission will review previous Supreme Court decisions and make determinations on what evidence needs to be shared in all cases. The recommendations will then be passed down to state and local law enforcement agencies throughout South Dakota.
