Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma today reaffirmed that the Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the tragic death of Assam’s icon Zubeen Garg is on track to file its chargesheet well before the official deadline. Speaking to reporters, the Chief Minister said he expected the chargesheet to be submitted to the court by 10 December, ahead of the mandated date, that is 18 December.
