Your 5G+ wireless speeds from Bell are getting faster, depending on where you live. The company has activated a major 5G+ speed boost across parts of southern Ontario, bringing noticeably faster mobile performance to customers with compatible devices.

The company confirmed to iPhone in Canada on Thursday that it has deployed new 3800 MHz spectrum (and n77 frequency band), increasing speeds by up to 65% faster in 17 communities across the region.

The upgrade enables Bell’s fastest 5G+ speeds so far, with peak theoretical downloads reaching up to 3.64 Gbps. Cities covered in this rollout include Toronto, Mississauga, Hamilton, Vaughan, and others. Users of newer Apple, Samsung, and Google phones will see the biggest performance jump, according to Bell.
