KOCHI: Actor Hareesh Kanaran's revelation that production controller NM Badusha took Rs 20 lakh and did not return it was in the news recently. Hareesh said that Badusha borrowed Rs 20 lakh from him saying that he needed the money urgently to buy the land behind Oberon Mall and that Badusha did not give it back even after he asked for it. Hareesh said that after the issue was discussed on social media, Badusha called him and told him that the money would be settled. However, Badusha has come out with a response to this.

"I called Hareesh and his wife but they didn't pick up. I called Nirmal and spoke. I didn't say I would make a settlement. Why should I compromise after being humiliated like this? What I have to say, I will tell the media openly after the release of Rachel," Badusha wrote
