MARSHALL - Madison County Board of Commissioners heard updates Nov. 17 on the proposed 80,000-square-foot Madison County Judicial Complex, which is in the design phase of its construction.

Vannoy Construction is performing the construction alongside LS3P and the county. T.J. Hollars, director of operations at Vannoy, and Cynthia Turner, a senior project manager at LS3P, appeared before the Madison County Board of Commissioners in its Nov. 17 meeting.
