Two people were airlifted following a crash in Waterford Township Wednesday afternoon, Dec 4 authorities said.
At 4:22 p.m., officers responded to Jackson Road near Ashland Avenue after a car left the roadway, struck a utility pole and rolled over, Waterford Township police said. A second vehicle also left the roadway, coming to rest in the nearby wood line, police said.
The occupants of both vehicles were treated on scene by medical personnel and subsequently airlifted to a nearby hospital, police said.
The crash remains under investigation, police said.
