SCOTTSDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — A crash has sent a child and teen to the hospital and is causing some delays for drivers in Scottsdale early Thursday morning.
According to Scottsdale police, two cars collided near 136th Street and Shea Boulevard . While details remain limited at this time, police say a teen driver and a child were hospitalized. It’s unclear if anyone else was hurt.
West and eastbound lanes on Shea Boulevard are restricted at 136th Street. Southbound 136th Street will remain closed at Shea until first responders move the vehicles out of the intersection.
Drivers should expect delays to and from Fountain Hills onto Shea Boulevard. Use alternate routes if possible, police advise.
