New Delhi: The IRCTC website achieved an uptime of 99.98% from April to October 2025, Union Minister for Railways Ashwini Vaishnaw informed the Lok Sabha on Wednesday, compared to 99.86% in 2024-25.

Indian Railways has implemented both administrative and technological measures to modernise its system. Administrative actions include deactivating suspicious user IDs, lodging complaints on the National Cyber Crime Portal for suspicious PNR bookings, and revalidating user IDs.

Technological improvements include checks and validations, partnering with leading content delivery networks, and deploying anti-BOT applications with advanced technology to ensure smooth booking for genuine users.
