POCATELLO — Another of Highland High School softball’s talented senior class has signed to play at the next level.

Pitcher and third baseman McKenna Sutton signed a letter of intent to attend and play softball at North Idaho College during a ceremony in the school library Wednesday.

Sutton finished the 2024-25 season with a .329 batting average and a team-leading four home runs. In the circle, Sutton led the team in appearances (23), ERA (4.67) and strikeouts (147 in 115-1/3 innings).

She is part of a senior group that head coach Bryce Bybee believes will lead the Rams to a serious challenge for the state championship this coming season.
