DOVER, N.H. —

A man is facing charges in connection with a hit-and-run crash that led to a chase in a stolen vehicle.

Dover police say Paul Stanton drove away from a crash last month and then ditched his car and stole a pickup truck while the owner was unloading groceries.

He allegedly sped away from officers who tried to pull him over.

The truck and Stanton's car from the crash were later found abandoned. Police said they were able to identify Stanton and arrested him on Wednesday.
