A detective with the Flagler County Sheriff's Office was arrested after he was accused of fleeing or attempting to a elude a law enforcement officer, FCSO said in a news release.

It happened Thursday morning in Ormond Beach.

Detective Ardit Coma was in his unmarked assigned agency vehicle on his way to work when the incident occurred, FCSO said. He was arrested by officers with the Ormond Beach Police Department.

Coma has been suspended without pay.
