MONROE COUNTY, Pa. — A man from Monroe County faces charges in connection with a sex trafficking ring in northeastern Pennsylvania.

According to the State Attorney General's Office, Thomas Green, 33, of Effort, forced multiple victims to perform commercial sexual acts in various counties, including Lackawanna, Luzerne, and Lehigh, between 2023 and November 2025.

Green faces numerous charges, including felony trafficking in individuals, rape, and aggravated assault. He is locked up in Monroe County.

Two others, Quindell Bowers, 27, of Lithia Springs, GA, and Christopher Williams, 32, of Easton, are also charged with trafficking in individuals, conspiracy, involuntary servitude, and related offenses, according to authorities.
