So, I’m minding my business reading this news during my lunch break when I came across this article by cookbook author Yasmin Khan (not to be mistaken for historian Yasmin Khan). Cookbook author Yasmin Khan previously wrote a book on Iranian food ( ), which was an absolute banger and as someone not even vaguely from that region, I enjoyed cooking from it and learnt so much! So, when I saw her photo and name, I quickly clicked and read through, and I was aghast, and my turtleneck was clutched!
