IDA, Mich. — The Boychoir of Ann Arbor will perform in a free Christmas concert Friday as part of the Christmas in Ida festival.
The 7 p.m. concert at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 1920 Lewis Ave., will be followed by a reception.
For four decades, the choir has featured boys between 8 and 18 in three ensembles, a treble choir of boys with unchanged voices; a young men’s ensemble of boys with changing voices; and a cantabile with advanced trebles and older boys with lower voices, organizers said in a release.
