Kalen DeBoer didn’t mince words.
During a Thursday press conference, the Alabama coach was asked what he thinks when people link him to the Penn State head coaching job.
“There’s never been any link,” DeBoer said. “There’s never been any conversation. There’s never been any interest either way. And I’m so glad we can put that to bed right now.”

DeBoer said he and his family are “extremely happy” at Alabama.
“Love the challenge,” DeBoer said. “Love the grind. Love this place.”
Penn State still hasn’t found a replacement for James Franklin , while most other Power Four jobs have been filled. DeBoer has been a name floated by reporters out of State College, Pennsylvania at times in the search.
