PHILADELPHIA — Eagles Pro Bowl defensive tackle Jalen Carter will miss Monday night’s game in San Diego after undergoing a procedure on both shoulders, according to multiple reports Thursday.
Carter is now going through treatment for both shoulders and is considered week-to-week, wanting to be as healthy as possible for the Birds’ playoff run.
Carter, in his third season out of Georgia, was uncharacteristically ineffective against a Bears running attack that put up 281 yards on Black Friday as Chicago handed the Eagles a 24-15 loss in front of a booing crowd at Lincoln Financial Field.
