MONROE, La. (KNOE) - The City of Monroe announced all phone lines and internet services are down at the Benoit Community Center, the Saul Adler Community Center and the Chennault Golf Course.

The city said staff at each location are available to help in person, but they currently cannot take phone calls or access internet-based services.
