Week 14 in the NFL is opening tonight with with huge playoff implications as the Dallas Cowboys travel north to visit the Detroit Lions on TNF.

If the playoffs were to start today, both teams would be out. The 7-5 Lions are currently sitting just outside of a playoff spot, with the 6-5-1 Cowboys right below them. If the Lions were to win tonight, their playoff probability jumps to just 54%, while a loss tonight puts them at a 19% chance of making the playoffs.
