A man has been indicted in Bell County in the case of a deadly shooting in Killeen on November 2025 .

According to court records, William A. Scott was indicted by a Bell County Grand Jury on Dec. 3 on charges of murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Scott was charged in connection to the murder of Vincent Abenoyap Mbo, who was shot and killed at a home on Blake Street on Nov. 2.

According to the Killeen Police Department, officers were called to a home on Blake Street around 3:10 a.m. on Nov. 2 for a shots fired call. When officers arrived, a man reportedly ran out of the home and said someone inside had been shot.
