MUNCIE, IN — A local woman is accused of twice selling meth to an informant for the Muncie-Delaware County Drug Task Force.

Sabrina A. Howard, 57 — listed in court documents at addresses in Gaston and Muncie — was arrested on Wednesday, Dec. 3, on suspicion of two counts of dealing in meth, and maintaining a common nuisance.
