Criminal mischief: Chance Michael Falsetta, 31, of Lake Katrine, was arrested by state police at Highland at 8:42 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 2, in Marlborough. Falsetta was charged with felony criminal mischief (damage to another person’s property valued at more than $250) and released with a ticket for Lloyd Town Court.
