BUFFALO TOWNSHIP — A Buffalo Township man faces his second attempted homicide charge in less than two years after allegedly stabbing his tenant in the chest and arm following a confrontation over heating bills Wednesday, according to state police in Milton.
Robert David Kitchens, 68, of Route 192, Buffalo Township, was charged with attempted criminal homicide, two felony counts of aggravated assault; and a three misdemeanor counts of simple assault, criminal mischief and recklessly endangering another person. The charges were filed by state Trooper Tyler Diggan, of the Milton State Police Barracks, in the Mifflinburg office of District Judge Jeffrey Mensch.
